Sol da Manhã “The Morning Sun” is a Spiritual Center located within the Atlantic Forest biome, in the mountains of southern Brazil. It is made up of people in the form of a non-profit Civil Association, with a cultural, philosophical, ecological, and religious-spiritual character. It was founded in 2011 through the congregation of many hearts that believed in the dream of a life integrated with nature.
Currently, "Sol da manhã" hosts around 6,000 people per year in its ceremonies and activities at its locations in Brazil and Argentina.
In the lands of this Spiritual Center, people live communally, following ecological principles, respecting life, fauna, and flora, in a 42-hectare territory of lush native forest. Life is cultivated by learning from the fire, caring for pure water springs, tending the land, singing, and praying to the air in communion with nature and its master plants.
Throughout the year, periodic ceremonies are held alongside other activities such as retreats, immersions, treatments, courses, and Vision Quests. It is a place where peace is appreciated, with a simple way of life filled with the abundance of everything that is good, beautiful, and healthy, respecting and living by the principles of Well Living.
Max Mello is the Founder President of the “Sol Da Manhã Spiritual Center”, a father of a family, who has cultivated the path of ancestral healing since his childhood. During his Youth he went to pilgrimages learning with many wise master healers and tribes around the world. Nowadays he dedicates himself to the cultivation of the land, and ancient spiritual wisdoms. He’s a musician, farmer, bio constructionist and spiritual leader.
For more than 20 years he has been performing ceremonies and sharing with others his knowledge enabling the awakening of the consciousness process. In his ceremonies, he transmits, through his singing, a natural wisdom, which in a simple way connects us with the simplicity of being happy with gratitude with life.
Suzzanne Flores, married to Max Mello, was born and raised in southern Chile, on Mapuche ancestral lands. She has been living in Brazil for more than 14 years with her husband and 3 beautiful children. She is Guardian and founder of the Sol da Manhã Spiritual Center, and dedicates her life to the study of Natural Medicines, self-knowledge through the relationship with Nature, community life and the development of Human Potentials in harmony with the earth.
10 years ago, after giving birth to her second daughter in a home birth, she began studying to provide perinatal support to pregnant women and their families, today she dedicates herself to the path of Traditional Midwifery.

To book your place in this journey you must pay the 750$ inscription fee to Carolini Zimmer and fill out the inscription form. The rest of the amount (1750$) must be paid in cash on the first day of the retreat.
